Ah this is amazing! And it hits right where it hurts.

Sometimes it is so easy to get on our high horse and go around judging everyone else instead of extending compassion. Not only do we cut others down and poison the opinions of those around us, but we poison ourselves.

Judgement is like Pandora’s box — even cracked a slight bit will make the spirits run amuck.
